At AHLE Tweezers we understand the importance of timely delivery of your purchase. That's why we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. We offer delivery across Australia, New Zealand, and a range of international destinations via Australia Post.
All orders are processed within 1- 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. AHLE Tweezers is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner.

$10 for Standard Tracked Post - Australia
$16 for Standard Tracked Post - New Zealand.
For Express Post Orders
$10 for Express Tracked Post - Australia
$25 for Express Tracked Post - New Zealand.
$30 Flat Rate for other International Tracked Postage via Australia Post.

International delivery timescales
Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather, customs delays, or carrier delays. We do our best to ensure timely delivery of your order but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by these factors.
New Zealand | 4-6 working days.
North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific | 6-13 working days.
Rest of the world | 10-15 working days.

All delivery charges do not include possible taxes or duties which may be applied by customs. Any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees are the responsibility of the customer.
U.S. Shipping Policy — Taxes, Tariffs & Duties
All orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and local taxes as determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping fees and remain the customer's sole responsibility.
Due to recent changes in U.S. trade policies, even lower-value shipments may incur duties or customs fees depending on the country of origin and product classification. We recommend checking with U.S. Customs or using a duty calculator for an estimate before placing your order.

Duties & Taxes: All import-related charges must be paid by the recipient. These fees are not controlled or collected by AHLE Tweezers.
Returned Packages: Orders returned due to unpaid duties or taxes will not be eligible for a refund. If you would like the package re-shipped, any additional shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
